LAHORE: Punjab Assembly session was adjourned for indefinite period after just a day’s housing here on Thursday.
Speaker Rana Muhammad Iqbal allowed an assembly member to present resolution regarding the amendment in role of the house procedure, going against the rules and regulations of the house.
Later, on the direction of Law minister the Speaker forwarded the resolution to committee resulting a protest from various house members however speaker noticing the indiscipline of house, postponed the session for indefinite period.
