ISLAMABAD: Shuhda-e-Lal Masjid Conference has announced setting up Markaz-e-Ghazi.
In a written statement released here on behalf of the wife of Abdul Rashid Ghazi, Humaira Rashid Ghazi it is said that the setting up of Markaz-e-Ghazi has been decided for looking after the Islamabad Lal Masjid operation affected families.
Sources said that on the eve of Lal Masjid Jamia Hafsa operation anniversary, hundreds of students started arriving this morning here for attending the Shuhda Conference. The local administration had made stringent security arrangements around the Masjid and the main artery leading to Masjid was barricaded by barbwires, while scanner gates were also installed. Police kept trying to keep the media away from Lal Masjid.
